Welcome to Our Neighborhood!

O'Donnell Square is located in Baltimore City's historic Greektown neighborhood.  Our community began to grow in 2013, and now consists of approximately 300 newly constructed rowhomes, built in the traditional East Baltimore style with modern amenities.  We are one of the newest and largest HOA communities in Baltimore City.

What makes O'Donnell Square special?  We are a neighborhood consisting of mostly young families, many of whom have relocated from other Baltimore neighborhoods and suburbs.  What our residents enjoy most about our community is our professionally manicured private greenspaces (unheard of in Baltimore City!) and the garage parking that is featured in each and every home.

This website is the main portal of communication for the O'Donnell Square Homeowners Association Board of Directors.  Unless otherwise noted, any social media groups such as Facebook or Twitter are not official sites of the HOA.

Like Many HOAs, we employ a management company, Pelican Property Management.  The management company's primary responsibility is to manage the administrative duties of the HOA, collect dues, enforce policies, and assist the Board of Directors and its subcommittees with their respective duties.  Click here to contact the Board of Directors or the Property Manager.
