• Trash Pickup is Tuesday morning. Recycling pickup is Thursday morning. Please keep recycling and trash receptacles in the garage on non-pickup days to prevent rodents and debris from spreading through the neighborhood.

• Parking:  Vehicles may not be parked in the alleyways or on any grass area at any time.  Vehicles found to be in violation may be towed and/or fined.  The HOA has authorized The Auto Barn to keep the alleyways clear so emergency / municipal vehicles may pass.  Please read the full O'Donnell Square Parking Policy for details.

Homeowners can request copies of the O’Donnell Square Operating Budget from the Board or Managing Agent. Meeting Minutes are available to homeowners by request, or can be accessed via the Town Square website.
